SOLUBLE CUTTING COOLANT 2290 is a low-oil content semi-synthetic metalworking coolant formulated for grinding, drilling,
cutting, forming and various other heavy duty applications. It is suitable for machining a wide variety of materials and is
applicable for both ferrous and non-ferrous based materials, including stainless steels.
SOLUBLE CUTTING COOLANT 2290 exhibits low foaming tendencies and exceptional corrosion inhibition properties. Fortified
with a multifunctional ester additive and a chlorinated additive which provides extreme pressure properties , the resultant oil film
carries a high load capacity, thus minimising adhesive wear even during heavy duty operations.
SOLUBLE CUTTING COOLANT 2290 ensures low staining on the metal piece and is able to meet with modern day machining
demands as well as offering a clear workpiece visibility. The coolant offers a straightforward blending process by simply diluting
with water and has high resistance against bacterial growth.
