UNIDRAW AE 46 is a medium viscosity oil formulated with an active sulfurized ester-based lubricant that is fortified with a chlorinated additive to provide a stable lubricating film required in the forming of metals. It is suitable for medium-duty progressive stamping, blanking, punching and spline and thread rolling on all ferrous metals. The heavy treat rate of EP additives ensures sufficient protection for the form tool, resulting in a high standard of work finish as well as precision.
Besides metal forming, UNIDRAW AE 46 is also recommended for gear-cutting and tapping operations on all ferrous metals.
